When I was making this piece I was thinking of a song Joan Baez sang at a concert we attended many years ago called ‘Carrickfergus’. I always thought there was a line in the song “I wish I could find me a handsome boatman”. So I snuck myself into the picture on a boat. Turns out the line was “I wish I could find me a HANDY boatman” Ah well.
